During our last two visits to the restaurant for subs, the lettuce was wilted and brown. When I requested fresh lettuce, the server informed me that it was all they had and that their manager said it was acceptable. Serving brown lettuce is not safe, and it's concerning that the management appears indifferent to this issue. However, the gentleman preparing our subs was polite and understood our decision to cancel our orders.
