Steelers Restaurant & Pub - Elmvale

Price for a pint was fine @$5 and change. However the lunch items, steak/cheese, "banquet burger", chicken burger were all sub par, almost as though the regular cook was away and someone was filling in. Chicken burger was obviously a frozen patty, the steak\/cheese had burned meat,the burger meat patty size was half the size you'd expect, had to search for it on the bun. Should have sent it all back.

While attending a family event in Elmvale Ontario, 20 of us headed to Steeler's Restaurant for some nibbles and brews. We gave the pub notice before we arrived so they were prepared with 3 long tables reserved. Everything went according to plan. Nothing too exciting, frozen fries and cheese sticks, spicy wings, nachos, carrot sticks and a couple of types of draught on tap... Servers were nice and the bill was affordable. Looks like a popular spot with some of the locals as the bar was full of folks watching sports on a Saturday afternoon. Old tyming pine interior. Small town local pub. Nuff said.

We stopped here on a Friday night as we always go to our local bar after the work week. We had so much fun here they made us feel like regulars! Made our holiday even more memorable, thanks ladies!

Ate here many times over the years...one of the only local restaurants! Despite that, the food and service are very consistent. Our favorite is the all day breakfast.

I have to say I have been to many restaurants but this is my all time favourite place. The staff is always so friendly and remembers you even if it's been a year. The food is great. It gives me that home cooked meal feel. I love coming here! Highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat on your way through Elmvale!
