Best Chinese cuisine in the twin tiers. Best shrimp lo mein and pork fried rice I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. The shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce is another fave. Whatever your go-to is you can’t go wrong with this local gem.

Great place, great Chinese food. I can't recommend very much. Food is carefully the best Chinese I found in all my travels. The owners/managers are fantastic. When I married my Chinese woman, they went out of their way to make our Chinese wedding celebration 100% authentic. Cooking meals everyone would enjoy, plus a few authentic Chinese dishes you will find on every menu in America-LOL.

Excellent cook...everything is always great. They have a spicy garlic sauce that I really like. My partner always has the spicy Szechuan sauce.

Elmira staple. Great service and usually good food. Disappointed with dinner. Not your typical Szechuan Shrimp very, very sweet red jelly sauce with ONLY onions; not spicy and no other vegetables. I've had this dish at many restaurants over the years and have never had it like this.

You would think that any restaurant of good standing would proofread their menu before approving/duplicating it. Guess this is another case of don't judge a book by its cover. At least they corrected the menu online. Definitely worth a visit for the food but also for the entertainment value of the typos on the menu.
