My table was wobbly, and despite my efforts to adjust it, the staff seated two other parties who also wanted to be moved. The waiter didn't check on me at all, so I had to turn him around to get his attention. As for the food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5.
On October 16, we had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Christine, was fantastic and took the time to explain the best options to ensure that everyone got what they wanted. The entire family truly enjoyed both the meal and the overall experience.
This used to be one of my favorite places, but I hadn’t visited in years. The host was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I originally wanted to order the rock lobster shrimp scampi but ended up getting the daily special, which included two rock lobsters and two sides. Although it took about 15 minutes to get change for a $100 bill, I still tipped the waitress.
Just like any other business out there because of the pandemic they are short employees so that the service is a little slow but I understand. good and drinks are always delicious, have nothing bad to say about it. garnel, scallops, kartoffelbrei, pasta always at point.
If I could leave no stars, I would. Ordered takeout, and to my surprise the order was NEVER arrived. When I called, I was told the order was modified (not sure why) which added an additional 6 minutes and the driver couldn't wait. I paused and a young lady said she'd connect me to a manager to issue a refund. Fast forward on hold for five minutes, in queue, and get disconnected. Luckily I call back from a different number, thanks to years of IT experience, and I speak with Annie, who says I would have to speak to a manager, and places me on hold. At this point I hold for 15 minutes and noone. At this point, I'm trying to remain calm without any sort of resolution. Here's the problem- 1. Not once did I ever get to speak with a manager 2. Neither of the two associates I spoke with offered to replace the order and attempt another delivery when the original order was placed on their website 3. Noone even offered a credit Do yourself a favor, save your time and money dining somewhere else or at least at the Cheesecake Factory, where they are more hospitable and engaged with their customers. This RED LOBSTER IN ELMHURST ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!
