Chipotle Mexican Grill - Elmhurst

Not really the place to go if you want chipotle the servings are half the size from any other location. And the servers can be more people friendly.

I never write bad reviews but I also never expected to walk into a slow and dirty Chipotle. The prep area was nasty, there was rice all over the floor, and the employees were walking back and forth like zombies and not giving a damn about the nastiness or the line that was literally out the door... Probably the worst Chipotle throughout the Chicagoland area.

That's by far the worst chipotle I've ever had. order online for pickup at 18 o'clock. when I arrived, there were about five other people waiting for online orders and a long line on the normal counter, understandable, it would wait a bit. but soon there were no one in the regular line and about 10-15 people waiting for online orders. they would think that the manager would maintain the employees, do nothing and wait for customers to come and help catch on online orders. Instead, the two employees went out to online orders that were first complained. After 40 minutes waiting time I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that I had to call to get one (no excuse to pay in the load). can not wait to spend another 30 minutes on the phone to get money back for eating that I never get. I don't blame the staff, the manager is terrible and rude.

Spent $69 for 5 burritos for pick up order for last min dinner. Burritos were smaller than a can of pop. Called and manager didn't care. Chips were a handful in the bag that's all!!

I came to this location because I hate finding parking downtown, but I’d rather go there than come back here. I ordered a burrito bowl with a side of queso. I drove there and back home (10 minutes away) and my queso had a piece of chicken in it. Not only did the chicken not look cooked enough, I’m vegetarian and I get sick if I eat meat. When I went back I got “do you want us to make you a new one?” Yes but now I’m concerned that there’s uncooked chicken in my queso again since it already happened once like a half hour ago. The next one they gave me was totally inedible. It was like half cooked and I tried picking the chunky, uncooked parts out but it ended up being like the entire cup.
