Baskin-robbins - Elmhurst

This Baskin-Robbins experience was disappointing. The staff there didn't seem to know how to make a proper sundae. I asked for a sundae with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge, but instead, I was given just plain vanilla ice cream. When I went back to look for the hot fudge, the employee accused me of wanting another sundae, even though all I wanted was hot fudge on my ice cream, which is what makes a sundae.

The service was not good and the gal waiting for us in the thru running gear was unnoticed on certain menu items. I ordered a vanilla sunflower with hot fudge. I have very little hot fudge with ice like ice cream. I didn't even eat it. no answer if I complain

Came around 10 o'clock, atstands open 11 but closed

Worst service ever I go here everyday since it's the local Dunkin. They're always short staffed in the mornings when it should be over staffed since it's the busiest time. The machines are always breaking down. They always run out of food in the mornings. Also my orders half the time are messed up! This is ridiculous this is a busy Dunkin, they should have alot of inventory and staff!

They had a great selection of flavors and the man working tonight was very polite and the woman who was also working had the worst attitude of all. She absolutely has no people skills at all
