Przekaż informację zwrotnąQuick meet up with a work colleague who was returning from Folkestone, whilst I was coming from Heathrow Terminal 5. Good amount of parking was available; service was pretty quick and efficient. McPlant and Quarter pounder burgers were all fine.
I placed an order through the app and then went to the restaurant to pick it up. After waiting for 5 minutes, I checked if the order had gone through, and they confirmed that it had. However, after waiting another 10 minutes, I still had not received my food. I spoke to a manager who checked and realized that the order had not printed out. He printed it out, gave me a number, and assured me that they were working on it. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I confirmed with the manager that they had received the order, but it was not displayed on the board with the other numbers. He mentioned that the board was not working properly. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes with no food, I approached another manager and expressed my frustration about waiting for over 30 minutes. He took my ticket, prepared my food, and finally handed it to me 5 minutes later, along with an apology. As I was leaving, I decided to double-check the order and realized that they had forgotten to include the chips. I returned to the manager, who quickly retrieved the chips, handed them to me without an apology, and walked away. The whole experience was truly disappointing.
Avoid at all costs It took them 40 minutes to make 3 chicken burgers and chips as the manager cleared the till without checking if the orders where complete. when approaching the workers I got told they don’t want to listen as they have other stuff to do after another 10 minutes the manager slammed my order down and didn’t call the number so there was no way of knowing it was mine When I asked for the second time how long my order would be as other people with a higher number was called the manager said your order is on the counter in a rude manner When I got to the table and opened my order I found BROWN LETTUCE in my burger which shows hygiene is not a high priority when I tried speaking to the manager on shift I saw an employee drop a bun on the floor and still continued to put a burger on it
Ordered a cheesy bacon flatbread for breakfast and only got the bread, and we ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin for my mum and she never got it, and my dad asked for no bacon in his meal once and they put bacon in it. Poor service
8.30 am on the M25 and we decided to stop off here for breakfast. Food was the usual consistent chain type, but edible enough. Service was reasonably fast given the long lines awaiting food, and there was plenty of seating. Value was very good for the area.
