Freshies Ellsworth

This is a fantastic spot for a lunch break, especially if you like to pack your meals like I do. However, I've noticed that occasionally the sandwich cooler is completely empty. I’ve gotten burned by this too many times, which is why I hesitate to dine here for lunch. When there are four staff members present in the morning, it’s puzzling why they can't prepare more sandwiches instead of just standing around.

I'm usually quite pleased with these fresh pizzas, but today was a different story. I ordered three special pizzas, and two of them were not what I expected. The buffalo chicken pizza included scallions, which weren't mentioned in the description. The chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza had no Alfredo sauce and was topped with mushrooms and bacon instead. I'm disappointed with how they handled this. I won't be ordering my pizza from there again. The third pizza was just a basic pepperoni and cheese.

This place is a scam. They advertise gas for $2.04, but in small print, it says that price is only for those with a Gold Status Freshies Rewards card. If you simply drive in to fill up, you’ll end up paying $2.09, which seems unfair. I decided to leave and went to Dysart's Moose Crossing instead, where I paid $2.03 without needing any rewards card. Freshies, you're being dishonest. I won't be coming back. I suggest others find gas elsewhere. Either change your practices or be honest, Freshies!

This is a world of customer service. It really matters. When you go up to the register and you ask to verify the cost of your purchase, a response with the amount is sufficient. When you complete your transaction, a thank you and have a good day might be nice. Instead of lowering your mask and sipping on your straw while you check out a total of two items. Plus hardly a grunt of the total. Your sip on your drink could wait. The reason for three stars is the convenience of the location, still have open bathrooms that were mostly clean, and I want to believe not all the employees are like this one. We did not purchase gas for our car here.

The other day I wanted to get some gas and I went to the pump. Pick up the handling some reason was already telling me to fuel up so I figured maybe it was broken and others feel up and pay inside with my credit card I start feeling up and realize it was sent for the highest grade gas there was. After I was done fueling up and getting all mad because I just had to pay $1 Gallon of gas because it forced me to pump the super octane gas. Walking to the gas station I said you know I want to pay for the gas on number five. They said I only had I to pay with cash not a credit card. Credit card machine was not down but they forced me to pay with cash instead. I ask for a supervisor or manager and they said there was nobody there that was in a leadership role. How odd seen is 2 o?clock on a Friday afternoon. I had to go to ATM inside the store and pay extra three dollars to get cash out so I could pay for my gas. As other customers were paying with a credit card for the gas. Then I ask for a receipt so I could get a phone number so I could call manager and I was denied a receipt. All purchases need to have a receipt if the customer options to have a receipt I was denied. I walked across the parking lot to the office and asked to see a manager and they told me to go back to the store and see the manager. How odd there?s no manager on site above the store in the office. I still have not received a phone call from any manager or anybody officially from Rh Foster but will be telling you something I won?t be going to either gas stations anytime soon
