Dunkin' - Ellsworth

Ordered my usual Iced Chai latte. This time it was the WORST I have ever had. It taste like watered down milk with the faintest hint of Chai. Having owned and operated a Coffee Shop I may have higher expectations. This ONE time at this newlocation was bad. ????

It 's 3:30pm they close at 4pm and the kid refuses to serve me because he 's closing . Wow. Won 't be getting my service anymore.

I usually love this Dunkin location but was a bit miffed when they closed their ovens at 5:15 (maybe even earlier, that was just when I placed my order). I know this isn't standard procedure at other dunkin locations, but oh well what can you do. Whatreally added to the experience was when they did a refund through my app and the cashier touched my phone screen without askingme if it was okay. Super unsanitary, especially during covid.

I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw that someone else recently wasn't given any service either. I stood in the empty dunkin' today and waited around 2 minutes and was never acknowledged. The woman in the front just stood at the register and wastalking to someone in the back and acted like I wasn't there.I walked away and left. I don't know why either. Oh well.

Sadly the good quality of dunkin has gone down. This particular one is in a Walmart, so, so much the atmosphere. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Sausage Egg and Cheese, Donuts
