Dragonfire Pizza - Ellsworth

This pizza is so good. You can judge a pizza through his cheese slice. It is thin, good sauce and delicious cheese. As a native New Yorker, I'm picky about my pizza. I didn't expect this to blow my mind, but it did. I'm sorry I don't have a whole cake!

Love the Emerald Dragon, just like I was in Italy this year. Sometimes I put tomatoes for the spinach. Gluten-free crust is very good here. I'm not sensitive to gluten, but my nephew is. I want to ask the owner if they really understand what gluten really means. Prep area, utensils, cutting plates and finishing areas must be completely separated or completely washed off and lined between orders. I didn't see my observation during the waiting.

My parents live here and recommend this place. Everyone said it was great and it wasn't wrong! Had the Emerald Dragon (spindle, cheese, ricotta, oil and garlic) and it was soooo good! Also the Queen had Dragon and it was loaded with blows. In any case will visit again!

This was the absolutely best pizza I had in years and they had an amazing selection to choose from up to types of pizzas and sandwiches. Can't wait to go back!!!

Definitely has the feel of a more hometown pizzeria than anything else, but as tourists I still enjoyed my visit here. The food was excellent with great customer service.
