Outback Steakhouse - Ellicott City

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked steak. I must mention our waitress Serenity, who was fantastic. She was lively, humorous, and very experienced, going above and beyond for us. I will definitely request her section again when we return. Our server Marisa was also very skilled and competent. Both of them deserve recognition from their manager for their outstanding personalities and work ethic. The blooming onion strips and tenderloin were exceptional as well.

In terms of chain restaurants, this one was satisfactory. We decided to dine here because the birthday girl had a gift card to use. The food was consistent with what I have experienced at other branches. The service was attentive and accommodating, even with our demanding group. We were promptly seated when four of us arrived, despite there being 8 in our party. We left a 25% tip, indicating that the service was indeed excellent.

Outback in Ellicott City is the best in Maryland. The service is top-notch and the food quality is excellent.

My wife, daughter (1 year old) and I just ate here for the first time since moving to Maryland from Florida. Our waiter, Joshua B., went above and beyond for us. We never felt like we had to wait for service and Josh was always on top of our orders. Food came out promptly, drinks were refilled, and he was extremely professional and polite. We will be back and I hope to one day have Joshua again. This outback clearly staffs the best of the best staff. Thanks for the great service and thanks to the kitchen for the great food!

I recently tried the new Bone-In Ribeye with Bourbon Onion Steak at this restaurant and it was cooked perfectly to my liking. The steak was a generous cut and was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the coconut shrimp, which were also tasty. The side dishes were decent. Overall, I was very pleased with the meal that was delivered to my home.
