I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and it came SLATHERED in HEAVY MAYO and the sweet tea I ordered was not sweet. I went back to let them know I can't eat mayo and the manager tells me she can't make the sandwich without mayo. The only other sandwich without mayo is the blackened chicken. I asked for a refund and she then refused to give me a copy of the refund or give me my original receipt back. Then she tells me to pull forward because I'm blocking the drive thru line. I obligingly pulled forward and waited and waited with no receipt anywhere to be found. I will be calling my bank to deny all charges for this abysmal meal.
This Ellenwood location is the worst. I need to make a promise to myself not to go back. The food is usually good when they have it. They always run out of items. They don't mind messing up your order. I always ask for mild because I can't eat spicy food, and I'll end up with spicy. I'll ask for certain pieces, and the wrong pieces of chicken are in the box. My sister just ordered a 10 pc and requested no breasts. They gave her all breasts. When we walked in, no one greeted us. The young man walked up to the register, and we just began our order due to him just standing there silently. He said absolutely nothing. He didn't give us our receipts. Piles of receipts were hanging out of the receipt machine. His female colleague looked at us crazy when we walked in the door as if she didn't want any customers inside. They need to get rid of the entire staff and start over. If the newer generation of workers all act this way, we are doomed.
Customer Service was very uninviting, I find it to be very rude to walk up to a table of 2 guests and tell them the dining room is closed while they're eating and the store/ drive thru was gonna be open another 2hrs, If u was gonna shut the dining room down as soon as we sat down just say that before we get comfortable and start eating. Glad I moved from this city and the one time I come back and eat out this the worst Customer service I've had in years.
Always some kinda problem with this location, today they're only accepting cash. So mismanaged. Over-priced chicken. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Been in this location twice and both times the manager was being very loud and negative, just expressing her frustrations out loud so everyone could be aware she was frustrated. I find this very unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who is supposed to be a leader Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
