Mcdonald's - Ellenwood

Sometimes this place is really good and sometimes it is really bad. the latest experience was in order until I went to the dining window. a nice lady tried to ask me about my order before a young man came and gave me two bags of food and told me to have a nice day in a frustrated ton. I went without checking my food and realized that I had a completely wrong order. normally they are good, but if there are many people in the line, expect service accordingly due to overwhelmed workers

First of all , why does it take 10 mins to GREET ME when I pull up to the speaker ????? No hello , good morning or anything JUST SILENCE . Then when I say “HELLO” after waiting forever , it’s HOLD ON with a nasty tone to it ! The lady who took my order just sounded like she didn’t want to work ….. I get to the window and ask to speak to a manager, and the girl is asking me “WHY” do I want to speak with a manager…. That’s not YOUR PLACE to ask me WHY … just go GET THE MANAGER !! The manager didn’t want to come and was VERY FCKN RUDE …. she didn’t let me get a word out and slammed the window . Very ghetto and unprofessional…. Calling corporate asap!!

Pretty good place to get something quick. I never have to worry about cold food, and the taste and quality is consistent. Workers and management are very friendly and receptive to customers and I haven't experienced any attitudes or rude behavior of the sort. Yes they accept coupons and offer military discounts, but you can't use a coupon and a military discount at the same time. Most McCafe beverages are unavailable around 2 hours before closing due to machine cleaning, but you can still order a Frappe. Hope this helps anyone coming here.

I gave three stars because I still love McDonald’s however this location has mood swings sometimes the employees are nice and sometimes they’re very mean. However they are consistent with the quality of food which is good, but the quality of service can be improved. lunchtime is very busy

My breakfast order was totally wrong. And it was repeated to them 3x. I ordered an egg McDuffie and hash brown. Received a plain biscuit and a hashbrown instead.
