American Deli - Ellenwood

The wings are great, but the fish leaves much to be desired. It was dry and lacking flavor! I ended up pouring hot sauce all over it and had to use tartar sauce to make it somewhat palatable. I'm really disappointed. Rating: 3/5.

The sandwich lacked enough meat! The Cleveland Ave location is far better, and you actually get your full order of fries there. This location is disappointing. Rating: 1/5.

I absolutely love this American deli! They always prepare my wings exactly the way I want them.

American Deli food okay the one on Fairview Road and the Kroger's Plaza I purchased them twice the second time I think they added too much to their sauce that they put on the wings and it taste more like orange then lemon pepper. So why is it that all the American Deli selling these little bitty wings they're not getting your money's worth for the price that it cost. Just saying

Manager needs to teach the employees to properly address customers on the phone. I called and got a Hello? ..... Go ahead with your order. Wow. Maybe teach them to say Hello, America Deli! How may I help? It 's not that hard. The restaurant itself is dirty. I know a majority of people go in, get their food, and leave, not sitting down to eat at all. HOWEVER, it wouldn 't hurt to clean up the main area and have some chairs out for people to sit while they wait. I went in today and there were some people standing to wait.Bottom line, customer service needs to be better and the overall atmosphere can be cleaner.
