Gaby's Cafe - Ellenville

A Mexican restaurant. we ordered chimichangas, ground beef with black beef and rice, the price was not bad and the food was incredible. isabella our waitress was brilliant and often came by to check us the atmosphere was friendly and the staff. this restaurant is located in ellenville, ny on the canal street. they bring their children so that they can also enjoy.

Amazing food and amazing staff. Just found out from one of our guest about this place and went twice in week. I am so glad to meet the owners of the place and staff is very helpful. Thank you for all the delicious food and can't wait to come again.

We just moved to Ellenville and made Gaby's Cafe our first dinner spot. It was a perfect experience. The wait staff is friendly and hard working, the margaritas are delicious, and the food came out promptly and was so fresh! The house made Guacamole was rich and so, so fresh, the complimentary salsa that came with the chips had just the perfect amount of cilantro. We had mussels, calamari and chilis rellenos and everything was so light, perfectly seasoned and fresh. I can't repeat enough the word fresh. The mussels were sweet, the calamari soooo tender, and we could only have a taste each of the Chilis because we were sated but not stuffed. We will be eating our leftovers for breakfast! The decor is colorful and tasteful, and surprisingly quiet for a full dining room with brick walls. The room was busy for a Monday night, and it's no wonder! Gaby's is wonderful! Eat there!
