I was in Ellensburg on my way to the west and decided to look up restaurants on the map. I came across a highly rated one that wasn't a chain, so I decided to give it a try. When I arrived at 5:00 a.m., there was only one car parked outside, so it wasn't very busy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I tried the garlic chicken, substituting broccoli for the paprika. The dish came with a side of jasmine rice, which was the perfect portion for me. The Umami flavor in the Thai dish was complex and delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy and fresh. Good food takes time to prepare, but it was well worth the wait. There was a large order ahead of mine for two people, and I noticed that the early rolls looked beautiful and plump. This is not the place to go if you're in a rush, so I would recommend calling ahead to order your meal. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant and would definitely go back again.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This restaurant has the best pad thai I have ever had, and the garlic chicken is absolutely delicious. And don't even get me started on the curry! You can tell that the food is made with love. Just a heads up, it can get busy so there may be long wait times during peak hours. But trust me, the food is definitely worth the wait!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic! The service is impeccable, especially by the young lady with red hair who was incredibly helpful and kind. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. The delicious food and excellent service are the main reasons why you will love this place!
