When you’re passing through Ellensburg, don’t miss out on this hidden gem of a restaurant. They serve up delicious tacos, quesadillas, and carne asada fries that are truly amazing. There’s seating outside, and if you happen to visit on a rainy day like I did, you’ll be glad to know they also have indoor seating and clean restrooms.

This is the best food truck I've ever visited. It has an indoor seating area. You must try the carnitas! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are affordable.

I absolutely love her cooking; it's so flavorful! I've tried many of their different dishes, but I've started ordering the little burrito because it's the perfect size for me. Since we don't live nearby, we always make a stop there when we visit Seattle, and I don't like to waste food. My partner is a big fan of her street tacos—I'll usually give him two, but unfortunately, I only have two hands! Maybe I should bring a cooler next time to store the leftovers for later!

I come here a lot, well when it's open, and we usually get the taco box.its like 31 bucks and feeds 2/3. It's the best in town. And have you ever been inside? It's so clean and smells so good. Like they keep it nice. Definitely support this local business. Tacos just as good as chalitos.
