I live over 90 minutes from Ellensburg, but I think I'd drive that distance just for their Nashville Hot Cauliflower Po' Boy sandwich! So incredibly good! I've been there twice and although they have several other vegan options (Yay! , I love this sandwich so much I can't order anything else. It's also a very nice atmosphere, outside seating if you want it, and they make delicious cocktails too. What's not to love?
