D M Coffee Downtown - Ellensburg

D m’s is probably the best coffee shop in washington. Unfortunately, I can't drink coffee and tend to prefer Italian so. I often get lime and cocos taste with cream and cream. I always ask for very little ice, but I think that means to fill it half with ice. I don't have to stop asking for ice because the last drinks I had were like that. it doesn't make fun to dig the ice with your hand and realize that you're left with half a drink. otherwise the taste is good and consistent over business. they don't give much whipped cream, but this is more the fault of short caps on the drinks.

A good firm place for better than average coffee. their espresso drinks are consistently too hot to first drink, which does not mean a chance to taste the coffee itself. I always had to ask for less heat. most per espresso machines are extracted at 190-200 degrees, so it follows that the barista should heat the milk to the same time. many thanks for a good experience and really nice staff. By the way, the piano is a great supplement and for an upright it sounds really good!

This is the place to get coffee in Ellensburg. They never disappoint with their handcrafted brews. My two favorites are the Clausen (hot) and the Granita (milky way, iced). You'll not find friendlier baristas. You'll not find tastier coffee. Tell them Oliver sent you!
