Canyon River Grill - Ellensburg

Every time we come to Kittitas to visit friends we make a trip to the Canyon River Grill. My salmon was outstanding and my wife enjoyed her Steak salad. The service was fast and friendly. Great view of the river and a good beer and wine selection.

We were seated on the balcony half the table was baked in the sun and flanked next to an extremely loud and large group. We asked to change to one of the several open tables due to not being able to hear each other through the noise. The hostess some elder blonde lady, rudely dismissed our request. She proceeded to get into an argument with my mother, (who's 60th birthday we were attempting to celebrate) then kicked us out. It was my first time here but the place seems to have gotten out of hand with its success if they can get away with having a hostess express such rudeness and wield a nasty attitude. Our waiter was cool but I never got his name.

CR Grill is a consistently great experience for both lunch and dinner. Nice variety of food and drink options, everything prepared very well, customized perfectly if requested, and served at the right temperature. The location, view and general vibe, along with the great food and friendly service, make it a favorite destination of ours year-round. Big fans of CR Grill!

Our go to restaurant for special occasions! On the pricey side, but the food is worth it! Make reservations because they fill up quickly!

Great atmosphere to escape the heat and get some food! Eli is awesome, great service and a wonderful cup of coffee! Highly recommend!
