Brilliant food. Lovely staff always so friendly and food sorted in reasonable amount of time even when they are at the busiest. Answer the phone with a couple of rings and always so polite and helpful and happy to make any changes to your meal. Always have food made with plenty of time.

We've had deliveries from Kais for the last several months after moving to the area. This Chinese is one of the best we've ever had! My little changes to the menu ..no problem! Our calls are answered promptly even when they are busy the staff so friendly helpful. Even the delivery drivers havebeen great. Over all a highly recommended takeaway worth 5 out of 5 stars !
