When I tried to clarify something about my order, he cut me off and, while talking over me, aggressively began listing different types of coffee, which had nothing to do with my question. I had to point out that while I understood he was upset about the earlier incident, I wasn’t the one who had caused it and didn’t deserve to be treated that way. After I finally got my question answered, I was rushed through my order. I get that mistakes happen, but no customer should be treated that way, especially when the situation had nothing to do with them. I asked for the employee’s name but couldn’t hear it clearly; I think he said “Hue.”
Today, I stopped by before work to try the new holiday menu. Unfortunately, the lady at the front seemed frustrated and was not very welcoming. Although the line wasn't long, it took nearly 15 minutes to get my coffee, and when I finally received it, it wasn't made correctly. I won't be coming back. I've attached a photo of my drink just one minute after I got it.
I visit this restaurant every few months to see if there have been any improvements, but unfortunately, there haven’t been any. I stopped by this morning for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, and when I sat down at work to enjoy it, the bottom of my sandwich was so burnt and charred that I had to completely remove it. It pretty much disintegrated in my lap. I’ve noticed that the staff often seems understaffed or inadequately trained. It’s very rare for me to have a positive experience at this Dunkin’, and I'm saying this as a fan of the brand. The last time I had a decent experience here was when I ordered two black iced coffees, which are pretty simple and just need to be poured into a cup.
Breakfast sandwich tasting really nasty, I bought 2 of them and they both were the same nasty food and I also got a vanilla ice coffee which came out to be the worst in my life I end up paying over $15 for those 3 things and I had to throw everything in the trash (something I almost never do) but this food was that bad.. will never come back to this specific Dunkin.. other Dunkins have served me really good food.Finally as an advise DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE.
Donuts are so trash now. Taste like cardboard, even when getting them early morning. I have no clue how they are in business.
