Mcdonald's Idaho Street - Elko

The building looks so nice. Unfortunately, it seems to be common practice here to make the food look like they took it out of the trash and just warmed it up. Before mcdonalds responds with the generic, we 'll look into it and improve our quality experience, you should read the rest of this.I gave it 3 stars, and I feel like I was being generous. I would have given it 2, but there was one employee, a young guy, who really seemed like he wanted to do a good job. You could see in his eyes and posture the struggle he must be going through on a daily basis working with the rest of his crew. Everyone else there just came to collect a check, and it shows in not only the quality of food but the service I was given. Back when I was a manager at McDonald 's, I would have fired everyone except that one guy. Avoid this McDonald 's at night. The day shift does so much better. I 'll just go to the other side of town if I want food from a McDonald 's again at night. There 's no reason to give a half thought up response to this because by now if the quality hasn 't improved after so many bad reviews about the food standards, you should probably try to do something new to raise up that quality experience .

The coffee was delicious and fresh but the person who served us was a little confused, he forgot our order, he made it 3 times

Very spendy for breakfast burritos..and hash browns 6 burritos and 2 hash browns cost 34. 00

While traveling through Nevada we stopped for breakfast at the local McDonalds. Made an order on the app and choice to pick up in drive thru. After spending 5 minutes in front of a drive thru window behind another vehicle at the last window that received their order from that window, we pulled forward to that window and waited another few minutes. Next the McDonalds team member working the window yelled to us about our order being handed out at that window. We then waited for her or another team member to bring us our order at the drive thru window we were at, but no one came and another 4 cars were served before we had to drive around and go inside to get our cold order as about 15 minutes had passed. Next we found out that they put a spicy chicken patty on our Chicken McGriddle instead of the correct chicken that we can only assume was intentional.

We came to the drive thru at 7 a.m, it took a few minutes for someone to take the order. When we were done, she said to verify our order then go to a window (we didn't understand which one) I told her our order didn't appear, but she didn't answer. We went to the middle window behind another car. After a minute they went to the next window. We pulled up and no one was there. We waited, still no one so we went to the next window, and thing...no one there. We heard what sounded like arguing. After no one came, we drove off. Try to avoid this store, we will from now on
