Arby's - Elko

The food wasn't prepared right. The curly fries were cold and were half full of old crinkle fries. Gross and the kid at the counter needs to learn eye contact and pay attention he was quite rude and nobody did anything it was a kid named sam thecustomer service at this location is awful every time we come here not going to waste my money here ever again

This arbys is amazing. Not only were they fast and friendly but one of the people named Tim made us feel right at home. We came around 10pm and it was quicker than I thought, Keenan was kind and made sure we got the sauces we needed and I dont know who thecook was but dang. I'm definitely coming back when I pass through!

I love Arby's and especially when the strawberry lemonade isn't water down and my food is fresh and yummy always a good food stop for me

When we arrived we were informed that they only had two sandwiches left and it would be three hours before they had anymore. We choose to take the two they had and they had definitely been sitting under the warmer for some time. The buns were hard. When wewent to the soda machine and every product was out and we had to ask for them to fill it behind the counter. The restaurantcould definitely use some cleaning. If you don't have anything to cook then maybe have the staff do some needed cleaning ratherthan standing around talking. Also if you are out of product then close your doors until you have product to sell.

3 of us arrived between 7 7:30pm and there was absolutely nobody behind the counter. After saying Hello numerous times and looking all over noticed the two employees come in from outside in back the open back door was clearly visible from thecounter. While waiting I noticed the entire fry area was a big mess...fries and onion rings and other trash on the floor,additional items in baskets. We decided against ordering anything except sandwiches which we ate in the dining room. As usual,we added Arby sauce to our sandwiches and noticed it was rather spicy... I didn't realize until we were ready to leave when Ichecked the sauce area that there is a spicier sauce available. There is no way all 3 of us used the wrong sauce. Plus the arbysauce and the spicy version were not even next to each other. We wanted to let the employees know that the wrong sauce waslabeled as Arby Sauce but again, they were nowhere to.be found! Out back/outside again!! An easy target for anybody wanting tojust hop the counter and grab whatever they wanted. I guess that might be why there wasn't a bell to ring ... or maybe somebodyjust took it?
