Scooter's Coffee - Elkhorn

My first visit to this location and was impressed by the layout, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Very nice new Scooter Coffee on West Maple in Elk Horn. They have put a bunch of signs out to help find the simplest path through the construction around them. So pay attention to the signs to help lead you the their front door. Friendly staff and a very nice new store.

Granddaughter ordered a chocolate chip frappe, decaf. Came out with plain frappe and said they didn 't have any chocolate chips. She offered to add mocha, and did, but the drink wasn 't tasting sweet for my granddaughter. There seemed to be only one person working at this new location, and she seemed a little inexperienced. Before we left, I ordered a cup of brewed coffee to go, and the barista said the store didn 't have any brewed coffee. Huh??? No offer to start some brewing, just we don 't have any .

I?ve always loved this scooters. They get my order right more often than not. Sadly this time it was bad enough for me to write a review. I was the only person there when I pulled up there was no one else in the drive-through and it still took them five minutes to make my medium peanut butter power. And they missed the espresso. Not only that but it wasn?t even filled all the way and it?s basically white (no pb flavor at all)?it tastes weird?

Editing my review: for the last few months, I have had no issues. Coffee is full and great. Thank you! I have tried this location multiple times since it?s close to my house. They only fill their coffee 3/4 full every time.
