Sam Louie's Italian New York Pizzeria

My chicken tortellini was disappointing; there was grease on the floor of the dish. I understand that everyone can have an off day, so I'm open to giving the restaurant another chance. We'll see how it goes.

On Thursday, June 23rd, I walked in feeling a bit lonely and blind, as it had been a long time since my last visit—Buffalo Wild Wings on Dodge had closed. Lexie made my experience truly memorable. Despite being the only server, she attended to us promptly and efficiently, far surpassing my experiences at other restaurants. The service was five-star! I’ve never seen anyone manage to refill three drinks at once with just two hands! Thank you, Lexie! We really appreciate you!

The best spot in town for a slice of pizza! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is amazing!

We made a special trip for a "free child" meal, and the service was quick and friendly. We ordered meatballs and cheese bread, a slice of cheese pizza for our child, and chicken and sausage tortellini. It seems they probably get most of their pizza supplies from outside, so we plan to try that next time. Unfortunately, the dishes we chose were quite underwhelming; I'm not even convinced the meatballs were homemade. Overall, it was somewhat disappointing, but we'll return to try the pizza since our daughter really enjoyed it.

The food was excellent and incredibly tasty. The staff was quick and very friendly.
