Wings Etc. - Elkhart

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. My waiter, Mikayla, was outstanding and the food was delicious - a definite 10/10. Everyone was very polite and I would definitely recommend this place. The quirky posters added a funny touch to our visit, and the TV had excellent quality.

The waiting staff at this restaurant are friendly and pleasant. The wings are consistently top-notch, and the other dishes are hot, fresh, and delicious. I was thanked later for my visit.

I waited by the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign with my child for 6 minutes, but no one was there to greet us. All we could hear was people laughing in the kitchen. We ended up leaving, and my child was upset. Despite there being only 1 table occupied, the restaurant did not seem busy. It would be beneficial for them to hire more responsible staff. Overall, I found the service very unprofessional.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for years, and Michelle is without a doubt the best bartender. Jeff, the manager, is also great. Together, they ensure that their customers are always happy.

Unfortunately, our server at this restaurant was not attentive and forgot several items that were ordered in our group. They also neglected to refill drinks for most of us and did not offer to bring second drinks. Additionally, a hostess was extremely rude to people waiting for a table and pressured us to leave, even though there were available tables. This ruined our plans to order dessert and celebrate our son's recent wedding. We will not be returning to this establishment and suggest looking elsewhere for a better dining experience.
