Instead of giving us the frisco sauce we requested they filled up the cups with hot sauce.. also messed up both shakes we ordered. Terrible.

Fries were so undercooked you couldnt even eat them. Disappointing
This was one of the better Steak and Shake Ive had in some time. the burgers were cooked all the way, the Dr Pepper had syrup and carbonation. the only problem I have, and its with lots of places, there is no way to request ketchup. There should be a button for requesting ketchup for fries.
