Domino's Pizza - Elk River

I paid and tipped upfront at this restaurant, but unfortunately received the wrong order. The order I did receive was undercooked, with raw dough.

We ordered a 14-inch Hand-Tossed Philly Steak pizza for carry-out, but when we got home, we realized that it had a thin crust instead of the hand-tossed one we had requested. We called the restaurant and waited for 15 minutes for someone to answer. In the meantime, we tried calling through the online ordering option and reached someone working remotely. They said they couldn't help us but transferred us back to the store. We waited an additional 20 minutes on hold on both phones before deciding to drive back to the store. The staff apologized and offered to remake the pizza and refund our order. However, I noticed that all the phones in the store were unplugged. When they gave us the new pizza, they handed it to the wrong person, and we had to point out the mistake to get the correct one. We raised concerns about the phones and the crust, and we have video evidence of the incident.

I am currently sitting and waiting for my pizza, which has been delayed for an hour and 45 minutes. I am disappointed that I paid for it in advance and will not be doing so again. Normally, I would have canceled the order by now. I will now be giving tips only after receiving my order. This is not good business practice. The restaurant should have informed me if the wait time was going to be 2 hours.

We used to eat Domino's Pizza on the regular. I have been dissapointed for the past year with the quality of this pizza. I think they are trying to get on the Papa Murphys train, by giving you food that still needs to be cooked. We call and complain, andget a $15 credit to get more undercooked pizza.
