Always incredibly friendly and consistently makes delicious pizza every time I order!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees were standing around on their phones, and when I asked if there was any more breakfast pizza, they told me no, even though it was only 7:30 in the morning. When I was checking out, the girl at the register didn't even bother to put her phone down to ring me up, and I believe she was the manager. This is the worst customer service I've experienced, and based on other reviews, it seems like this is an ongoing issue. I definitely won't be coming back.

Eventually, they ended their conversation, and the person I believed was the manager finally acknowledged me and informed me that they don’t make subs to order. I explained that I just wanted one of the sandwiches that were already prepared. She told me they weren’t finished because they had run out of lettuce, but I could clearly see lettuce, cheese, and meat on them. I insisted that I would take one anyway, but she insisted she couldn’t sell them since they weren’t done. As I walked away, I overheard another employee telling her that some sandwiches were indeed ready, and I could hear them arguing about it. Just as I was about to leave, the manager said they would call the employee back, but I chose to leave instead. I will never return. It’s hard to expect much from the employees when management operates like this.

The workers here are extremely rude, and they stare at you like a deer in headlights. I have never witnessed such horrible customer service from a Casey’s before. Cannot believe they still withhold their jobs behaving like that. Pretty sure one of the Cashiers is under the influence as well because he had slurred speech and took him 10 seconds to respond almost every time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this gas station to anyone who likes to chit chat.
