Wendy's - Elk Grove

Its 15 minute wait for a hamburger this time it was horrible looks like kids working inside I won't be going back It's like waiting at a restaurant to be seated

I try to give this place another chance but year after year they disappoint. Most recently I saw the ad for the new Italian mozzarella cheeseburger so I thought I'd give it a try. Ordered it along with some other items for the family in the drive thru.Get home and no surprise, they didn't give me the Italian mozzarella cheeseburger, they gave me a regular cheeseburger. Everytime I've tried this place I'm either missing items or getting the wrong items. I could say it's because of COVID and everyoneis short-staffed but this place has always been like this.

For anyone looking for that Wendy's fix this one is under a full reboot and you can not get food at all there at the moment. Looks to be almost done. Only other one is by the 99 off laguna in this area.

Waiting 10 minutes in line after ordering a Frosty only to be told it was melted. Wasted my time and wasn't given a decent apology. Mark my words, this Wendy's will close down by the end of the summer. Hours of condensed, serves has gone down, andthe wait times are loooonnnnggggg.
