Taco Bell - Elk Grove

This is the worst Taco Bell location in Elk Grove. I strongly advise against going here! I waited outside for my food for 20 minutes, only to go inside and find out they hadn’t even started my order yet. During that time, the entire staff was goofing around and having a great time instead of preparing orders. Additionally, the manager had her back turned to me the whole time, as if she didn’t want me to see her name so I couldn't report her behavior.

The food met my expectations, but the service was disappointing. It took multiple attempts to get someone's attention, and the staff seemed completely indifferent.

I verily go to a fast food places .l love to go my special place is Red lobster.the margaritas are grate to.ftendly people the best. ??????????.

Worst I've seen in a long time. The manager was no help and then she said she talked to owner/her manager the on the phone also was no help.
