Pho Bistro - Elk Grove

With the amount of pho places in Sacramento, it’s hard to find a good spot. First thing you do when the pho arrives is you try the broth. Compared to many of the pho places I’ve tried, this is one of the better ones. Lots of flavor, including a real beefy taste. The vermicelli also hit the spot.

This place used to be great. However, the customer service has gone down. Also, not a fan of the new metal utensils as they are way too hot when eating.

I had the bun Bo hue, it was alright but not authentic to me. The blood pudding was to rubbery for me.Bun Rieu and pho is good

Good food. They charge .50 for water but it's bottle, didn't ask for bottled water but it's all they have apparently. They close in 45 minutes. We're eating and they're mopping. Will NOT return!

DONT GET THEIR BANH MII should’ve known to get something they specialized in instead but I was more than disappointed. The sandwich didn’t even come with pickled veggies. I put my partners veggies from her vermicelli on mine which took 15 minutes to come by the way after all of our other food came. Anyways there also wasn’t any pate or Mayo on the bread like it said on the menu and as you can see there was little meat. The banh mis at the Asian stores are way better and at least filled more than this. The only thing good about the sandwich was the bread. Their other food like the pho and vermicelli was good tho.
