Chason's Crab Stadium - Elk Grove

The experience for an early dinner on Chinese new years eve was surprisingly not too busy. Server was quick and attentive to answer all our questions. The food came fast today. Faster than expected. Crispy Calamari was a good portion of size was decent. The Calamari was typical, but they fry onions and peppers that make it a unique and adds a lot of taste. Garlic Crab is a must try. It was very fresh and not fished on the smallest even the pumpkin. The garlic sauce mates nicely with the crab so you don't need any extra butter. I'll say, although it was a very fresh tasting, the crab I got the sweetness I expected. Could have been the crab I got. Butter garlic noodles are excellent. They are a bit on the soft side, but they are incredibly buttery and garlicky that further complicated the crab. I mixed three noodles with the crab cutard that was a dream. Just something I would change personally is to freshen the parmesan on the noodles instead of mixing it into the noodles. Total good experience for seafood and a welcome edition to elk Grove.

Amazing waitress, great ambience and delicious food. Our waitress, Judy was awesome and recommended their cornbread and honey walnut prawns. Both were so good. My boys got their fresh crayfish and shrimp boil and as always, the Cajun garlic fries!Food: 5/5

So looking around for seafood I found this place. We ordered the garlic noodles, oysters on a half shell, and the honey walnut shrimp. The oysters were tiny, but fresh. The garlic noodles we're pretty good though a little dry. The shrimp were good. I would definitely go back.Food: 3/5

This is absolutely one of the best restaurants ever. The food is amazing, the friendly staff and great service is superior. The atmosphere is always welcoming.Food: 5/5

Great food, great drinks. But I didn't receive my meal until after the person I came with finished theirs. And that was after waiting for drinks. People eating together shouldn't have to wait over 20 minutes between plates.
