Chason's Crab Stadium - Elk Grove

The short ribs were delicious and tender. The shrimp, cooked with the heads on, were prepared well but definitely required more seasoning. I ordered garlic butter, and the sauce was quite bland. The deluxe fried rice wasn't worth the $20 price tag; although it contained shrimp, chicken, and sausage, it felt more like a $10 to $12 dish at most.

The clam chowder was decent, though it could have used a bit more seasoning. Unfortunately, the garlic noodles with prawns were disappointing. The prawns were overcooked, and the noodles were bland and dry.

I ordered the garlic noodles for the second time because I enjoyed them so much the first time. Unfortunately, this time they were dry and lacking in flavor. I was quite disappointed.

The short rib is not tender and the rice is missing.

Best damn steak I've had in a min well worth the 45 min drive from tracy we will definitely do this again
