Boomtown Grill - Elk City

Do not miss this place when traveling through elk city ok. everything we ordered was great! boneless wings are so tender. cedar plank salmon is from the hook! wife got the 10oz rib eye, grilled med rare. perfect. full cash, has even a double IPA(in dose.) price is really reasonable. great service. my favorite surprise was wobbled on my salad.

Pleasantly surprised! We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. The food was fabulous! We were road-weary and wanted nothing extravagant, but this was just sweet. I'd recommend it! Try a burger! It's fresh and yummy! The onion blossom was fantastic! Just wish our hotel was as nice! lol When you see a lot of locals enjoying dinner there, you know it is going to be a good experience.

Our experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. To begin with, it took 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and the nachos appetizer was served with cold, hard cheese and overcooked ground beef. Only about 1 out of every 10 chips was covered with cheese. Our waiter, Alex, consistently brought the wrong items to our table and seemed unkempt, which made the evening less enjoyable. It was alarming to see the manager frequently entering the dining area to berate his servers. As for the steaks, they were incredibly tough and burnt on top; we had to request butter just to make them palatable. Additionally, they completely forgot three meals in our party. To make matters worse, my friend ordered a side of vegetables and was served just a single piece of broccoli. If you value your time and money, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

This restaurant was a delightful discovery. After our first choice for ribs was closed and another bar and grill turned us away because of our service dog, we stumbled upon this gem. They were very accommodating and served both us and our service dog a fantastic meal of chicken fried steak. We visited on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

The only positive aspect of my visit was the service, which was quite good. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but I was swayed by the appealing pictures. Ironically, none of the food that looked great in the photos was actually available on the menu. The pizza was mediocre, and while the roast chicken was enjoyable, my loaded potatoes were served cold.
