Ruby Tuesday - Elizabethtown

The food was superb and the quality was massive,,couldn't eat it all they gave me so much!! Service was excellent as well!! Prices were reasonable, will continue to eat there as often as I can!!! One of my favorite restaurants!!

We haven’t been to Ruby Tuesdays in a couple of years due to poor service and terrible food. We tried the location in Elizabethtown recently. The food was good. The server did the best she could with the circumstances. They were out of many items! The restaurant was not clean. Not only do they need to do the normal clean up, but it needs a deep clean. The floor was so dirty! Would love to see some TLC and stronger leadership so that we could go back.

Spoiled items on salad bar and not maintained. Men's bathroom was disgusting , foreign matter on the walls especially by the urinal. Chicken Parm overcooked , cheese on top was burnt. Not browned , BURNT. The breadstick was so hard and dry you could have easily pound nails with it. The pasta was dry due to lack of minimal amount of sauce. I will never enter this restaurant again. This visit was a second chance.

Took a while to be seated while staff just stood around talked. Bathroom had no heat and was disgusting. The sink had long brown hair in it and had hair clips laying around the sink like it was the employees personal bathroom. Food was swimming on my plate in zucchini juice and had burnt pieces from the grill all throughout it. Did not have enough wait staff for the amount of customers. Floors were gross. They were out of many food items. After all of this, I looked at their reviews and I was not surprised to find many people having the same issues before us. The owner needs to seriously consider a change in management so the restaurant can improve.

The food was horrible just flat out nasty they need to change the deep fryer oil it burns the food! It was my first time and my last time there. The windows and doors was dirty they hadn't been open for lonh as we was in there at noon, the bathroom was nasty dirty it was so bad i walked in walked out clean your restroom!!! Oh and the restroom didnt have any heat. The salad bar looks like it wasn't wipe offbat all. The prices was extremely expensive for the horrible food. Waitress was very nice very kind.
