Red Mango - Elizabethtown

I did the detox with 6 bottles of juice and I honestly wasn't as hungry as I thought I was! I ate a handful of nuts twice during the day and finished my last bottle about an hour before the bed. I woke up before I started and I weighed about 30 hours later and I lost 5.2 pounds, I was shocked! I feel great and at the end of the day yesterday I had more energy than usual on 9pm lol I would highly recommend the Detox 6 pack, I will do it again in about a month, but it is a good start and got me motivated to eat prep this morning

I really enjoy this place. You should change the times on the internet and their Facebook pages, as it says they open at 10:30, and the Elizabethtown, Ky Store is never open until 11:00. You have to say signs in front of the window 11:00. I've been sitting them in the parking lot since 10:27 a.m. and seeing 11 people go up to the door and then go after we said no, we'll open only 11.

Red Mango is a very clean and simple place to visit. Your options for smoothies is great. My husband and I often go there. Just a suggestion that they make taste changes more often. But overall a great place
