Starbucks - Elizabeth

I found salt in my drink, and the staff seemed entirely unconcerned. When I tried to call and address the issue, they didn't take any action.

I really enjoy the food and the staff here, but unfortunately, the manager has poor customer service skills and can be quite rude. I definitely won't be coming back again because of this. The rest of the team is great, though!

Although this coffee shop is located inside a larger store (Safeway), where I usually anticipate a slower service, the staff here consistently impresses me with their quick drink preparation, even during busy times. They go the extra mile to ensure that all the surfaces in the café area are kept clean, which is something I really appreciate, especially during the pandemic. They also consistently wear face coverings, so I feel safe during my quick coffee stops. Kudos to the employees at this location—it's a delightful spot to grab a cup of coffee!

The coffee here is always consistent. Some locations you never know what you will get some baristas have a heavy hand and you end up with a cup full of caramel.

I would just like my drink the way I order it not the way the person behind the counter wants to make it.
