Dunkin' - Elizabeth

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I have gone there on multiple mornings and they never answer the drive-thru. It is obvious that there is someone inside who is bad for business. I will not be giving this Dunkin' Donuts my money again.

I haven't been back to Dunkin' since I was denied access to the restroom and told I had to pay $2 by the manager. I was not happy with the service and decided to try Krispy Kreme instead, where I found that their donuts are much tastier.

The staff had the radio on at full volume, making it impossible for us to stay inside the restaurant. It was incredibly loud, and they did not seem to be mindful of the customers. This was on August 1st at 7pm.

The service was fast and friendly, with a smiling staff. The restroom was also clean and well-maintained.

Excellent coffee and attentive service. You will not be disappointed at this restaurant.
