We're not just talking about a single bad experience; over the years, this place has been on a downward spiral. The employees seem to have no regard for either the customers or the food preparation. When they mix up your order or deliver cold food, they promise refunds that you never actually receive. I live just a block away, yet I'm always the last stop on their delivery route, leading to wait times of over an hour and a half. It’s hard to believe that Domino's could be worse, but somehow this location keeps lowering the standard with subpar food.
The amount of cheese on orders with two or more toppings is insufficient. For instance, the Extravaganza has plenty of toppings, but it's not very enjoyable without a decent amount of cheese to go with them. It feels quite cheap.
I order from this restaurant quite often, and I usually have no problems when I pick up my food or opt for curbside delivery. Deliveries may take a bit longer, but I understand the challenges of being short-staffed. If you choose to have it delivered, just be prepared for a wait; otherwise, I happily hop in my car and pick it up myself. Either way, you earn a solid 5 stars from me! Thank you to the team for handling everything so I can avoid cooking!
They never answer the phone. Was calling for about 1 hr. I had made N order online and they took 2hrs to arrive. The pizza was cold by the time they hit here. The boxes was bent and wet. It was not even raining out. They didn?t bring any if the sauces. Ipaid extra for as well.
Last night I ordered a hawaiian pizza n a marble cookie around 1015ish, I usually order from domino's n never had an issue ordering from them till last night. I understand the inconvenience of being short staff. But being short staffed has nothing todo with the preparation of the food. Especially, when we are paying your prices dominos your delivery fee, Us as customers ifwe are paying your prices we should be able to atleast receive some decent food. Last night , It took 4 Hours for my food to gethere i was already falling asleep! The driver gave me a call around 2 AM saying she was 7 Min away. Also the driver called mewith thru a private number , the driver knew what she was delivering , i ended up getting delivered a COLD , HARD, pizza lastnight, n not only that they burnt the cookie i ordered n NEVER decided to cut it, n on top of that i still tipped the driverconsidering they are short staffed but after receiving my food i definately think it wasnt worth it. I am so disappointed withthis type of service . If the delivery was gonna be made late they should given me a call telling me that its gonna be 4 hourslate, n atleast kept the food warm, but not let the food be outside for it to get all cold , theres no type of consideration onhow ur employees are making food n no type of consideration on how they are preserving it. Ask yourself now.. would u wouldveliked to be serviced this way? You guys already look bad with ur terrible delivery service. Why add on to that w. Your terriblequality food service ? Highly disappointed with you dominos !
