Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This restaurant is absolutely awful. The food was cold and the burgers were squashed on top of the packaging. The triple cheeseburger was flat and unappetizing. The chicken nuggets were also cold. The extra bacon I paid for was not fresh and looked like it had been sitting out all day. To make matters worse, one of the employees had their mask half on, playing with their face and not washing their hands. When I called to complain, they took down my information and apologized, telling me to come in another day. However, when I arrived, they claimed they had not written anything down. After waiting 20 minutes to eat, I realized they had forgotten to include some of my food in the bag. I will never return to this place again - the food was inedible and the overall experience was terrible. I spent $75 and regretted every bite. Not satisfied at all.

I did not receive the apple cake I ordered at this restaurant, so I had to return 4 or 2 weeks later. I do not recommend it.

No matter if customers order in person, through the drive-thru, or online, the staff always seems to get the order wrong with something missing. The employees are dissatisfied and the management is even worse. Just do your job properly, people, nothing more, nothing less!
