Gazebo Wine Bar & Dining

This restaurant is amazing after its renovation and reopening. They serve delicious Italian food and have a fantastic selection of wines and cocktails. It's wonderful to see a beloved classic become a new favorite spot.

Gazebo now looks so down at heel - dead plants out front, dusty fake flowers aloft. Please bring back the buzzy, friendly service of years ago and I would come back with my friends. We live here and would love Gazebo to be back on form.

Food was absolutely delicious. I loved my salmon salad - and boy was that salmon so fantastically cooked. The fact that the salad was super substantial made the price worth it. The eggplant side we ordered was tasty and smokey and tangy all at the same time, and I most definitely recommend it! The chicken cacciatore, in my opinion, lacked a touch of seasoning, but otherwise everything was just great. Another popular favorite was the duck. The place was certainly very warm, considering we had our coats off in the middle of a bad sydney winter storm, but I think the place was very dimly lit. Furthermore it was so incredibly loud! We struggled to even get the waiter to hear our voices. It did quiten down eventually, but it was still a little frustrating. The drinks were also great, with a fun range to choose from :) Service overall was helpful and nice, and everything was bought out in a reasonable amount of time. This is a great place with a wonderful vibe for something like a fun dinner with friends, or even a fun date night.

Met with friends shared a antipasto plate best thing on it was the chicken parfait.We found the service to be the let down here very slow and not very organized.They had a duet singing who were great and the outdoor setting was perfect for a sun filled afternoon.

One of the highlights of our eating experience in Sydney. I highly recommend this place. The food was perfection and the service was great. I wish I had enough room to eat my meal all over again. The others with me thought the same. The prices were reasonable, the food quality superb. 10 out of 5 stars guys!
