Subway - Elgin

I will not be going back to this Subway! I ordered through the app this afternoon and went to pick it up, got home with my order and went to eat our sandwiches and every single one of them were done wrong, the 2 club sandwiches I ordered were soaked in oil, vinegar, mayo, and mustard they were a huge mess to eat and they didn't put bacon on one of them (I paid extra for it to be added to both sandwiches), my kids foot long spicy Italian was soaked in Italian dressing we didn't even order Italian dressing on it and when I say soaked I mean SOAKED the bread dissentagrated while they tried to eat it which made a huge mess they didn't put any mayo on it and we couldn't tell if there was any vinegar or oil on it because of all the dressing. My daughters steak and cheese also didn't have any Mayo, oil, or vinegar like we ordered and she said it was really dry like they left it in the toaster thingy to long. My Italian bmt was a mess the bread was soggy from to much oil and vinegar there was no mayo like I ordered and I ordered it with lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, onions, and black olives, but they only put a tiny bit of lettuce, a few pieces of spinach, and 2 slices of tomatoes it was a foot long so there was barely any veggies on it. This is like the 3rd time ordering through the app or the drive thru and the entire order is done wrong! We will not being going back to this Subway. I even tried calling this Subway location to talk to a manager and they will not answer the phone. I would not recommed using this Subway....

DO NOT use the drive thru.. I swear these guys had me get home and sure enough my sandwhich had NOTHING on it. No mayo, no vinegar, no veggies, no cheese! Just MEAT. All meat!!! I had the receipt that showed EVERYTHING i selected and went back and they were looking at me like I was crazy. Just young kids who dont pay attention unless you actually go in there and watch and tell them what you want.. They still look at you like youre crazy, like does it cost you your pay check for extra pickles??? Most of them are rude and mess your food up, so beware.

Got a 6 inch subway club, with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, oil, vinegar, and mayo.

The restaurant is clean, but I can see why the reviews are negative. There is a lack of communication between the staff and customers, but they seem to be enjoying themselves with jokes among themselves. The veggie toppings appear to have been poorly handled and not properly put back into their containers. Some of the older workers are great, but the younger ones lack professionalism. They were too quick to try to close out our order before we could add additional items, didn't allow us to use our rewards, and failed to confirm if our order was correct. Perhaps this is just an issue with this particular Subway location, but I believe there should be more pride in their work as representatives of the company.

This sandwich was the worst I've ever had. It didn't come with cheese or toasted as I ordered, and there was so much mayo on it that you couldn't taste anything else (and that's saying a lot considering it already had onion and sweet onion sauce). I would give this zero stars if I could. The service was take-out and the meal type was dinner. The price per person was $20-30.
