Jester's Fast Food - Elgin

Great place for fast food. A variety of entrees and sides. We've never eaten there before but it seems like a place we would visit regularly back home. The only drawback was how far it is from us.

It's a bit of a hit or miss experience, but the owner and his family are very friendly. I've been coming here for years. The gyros are tasty, and the salads are delicious!

We ordered grilled cheese for the kids, a Cajun chicken sandwich, and a chocolate shake. Unfortunately, they mistakenly gave us someone else's order. When we tried to return it, they informed us that due to health regulations they couldn't take it back. So, we ended up with both their order and ours, and everything was delicious! I decided to write a positive review to balance out any potential negative feedback from the other party. As the wise philosopher Hannah Montana once said, everyone makes mistakes, and in this case, the mistake turned out to be quite tasty. We'll definitely be returning!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this place is still great after all these years. I had kind of forgotten about it, but I stopped by the other day, and the food was delicious!

I like my gyros meaty and substantial and the gyro wrap did not disappoint! Also got the jester's melt and meatball sandwich. Both were as expected. I'd definitely come here again for some quick eats!
