Domino's Pizza - Elgin

It's hit or miss. I like the online vouchers available, but they always forget the garlic butter on the hand costed chest, which is the best part. I ordered online for pickup and got an email saying it was ready for pickup. it wasn't ready when I was there. no big thing. but they can say that they are only short personal and/or have new employees who are susceptible. it took another 10 minutes, and I could overhear the management and ask why my order was not done and why they worked on other boxes and piled them up. very inconsistent and they forgot the garlic again for the crust and the beats were shameful and not worth what I paid for it. I really wish elgin would get better restaurants.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery order that never showed up. Called multiple times no answer. Went up to the store only to find out their internet was out and they were not serving orders. However their online system had no complications taking my payment for an order never prepared or received. In order to get a refund I have to wait 3 to 7 days. Their customer service is poor as well. I think they should be boycotted by the town. Let's get a business in that building that is wanting to serve the community. I will never patronize this location again. 1 star is way too generous. I wish I could them negative stars. They are awful.

This was one of the worst dominos around at one time. but NOW since it’s competitor Pizza Hut opened around the corner they’ve been killing it. 10/10 every time. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is of all the hell this place put me through the years

Waited over 2 hours for our pizzas to be delivered cold. Domino’s “tracker” said our pizzas were “quality controlled” checked at 8:01, pizzas delivered at 10:10. We live about 5 miles from this Domino’s. Never again.

The service at the elgin store is the worst i have ever seen. If you order a pizza plan on it to take a least 3 hrs to be delivered.
