Rosati's Pizza - Elburn

This is definitely some of the best pizza you'll find in the area!

Man I spoke to on phone to place order seemed annoyed. Sorry I want to spend money on your establishment. Foods good. Not consistent tho.

Wow, the pizza here is fantastic! We ordered the Carnivore and the Margherita, and they were both absolutely delicious. We also had the pleasure of meeting Denny, who was wonderful with our kids and even gave them some treats. This is an awesome place!

Great pizza! There was some confusion with our order so there were some delays (nothing significant). The owner personally spoke to me and called me with updates. Professionalism and customer service was great, and the pizza was amazing. This was the day after Thanksgiving so I'm sure they were slammed and short-staffed, and they were still excellent.

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant! I've gone there a few times to pick up pizza, and each time I've witnessed the owner yelling and cursing at his employees. He belittles them over the smallest mistakes, and it's important to remember that these workers are just teenagers, between 16 and 20 years old. It's really upsetting to see these young people remain silent while he mistreats them. I even saw him throw a pan across the kitchen in a fit of rage. I simply cannot endorse this kind of behavior. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either.
