Bojangles - Elberton

I left after waiting in line with my family. We stood there for more than five minutes without even being acknowledged.

Please get it together! I ordered a large dinner tonight, but when I got home, I realized you forgot the dessert (4 Bo Berry biscuits) and the Bo Sauce we requested. We had to drive all the way back into town, and all we received was an apology. Now all the food is cold. Thanks, but no thanks. Please make sure to complete orders properly every time.

The service was rather slow. I also observed that the individual taking drive-thru orders was eating from a bowl that was resting on the drain rack at the drink station for drive-thru orders.

I truly love this place! During my two-week stay in Texas, I visited every day for my daily tea, and I must say, it's amazing! Every time I walked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive with my orders. They definitely deserve a good raise at the Elberton, GA location! I can't wait to come back in a few weeks!

I typically go to Bojangles quite often, but today was frustrating. We waited 20 minutes for buffalo wings that they forgot to cook. When I requested fresh fries because my food had gotten cold while waiting, I was met with an attitude. The service here has really declined in the past two years.
