Decided to purchase a chocolate vegan cake for my cousin since most of the vegan friendly bakeries are closed. The cake was pretty delicious, very chocolatey and sweet. It has raspberries in the middle and on top as well. The only downfall was that the raspberries weren't as fresh, they were a bit mushy. Side note: they aren't writing on cakes during Covid-19.
TO BAKERY!!!! STOP BURNING THE BAGUETTES! For years this Bakery has been top-notch but the last 6 months some new Baker or novice Baker is burning all the f baguettes? They are dry and they taste like s You have got to look at the sales and see that people are unhappy. These are the worst French baguettes at this point. I keep looking at them and buying them but I really just had to leave a review. Who is the manager here? Who is the quality control person here? Who is overseeing the merchandise you are putting out? Get a clue and start getting your bakery back in line.
The vegetable section staff seem to be rather hit-or-miss with regard to wearing protective gloves when they are putting out fruits and vegetables. Makes me very nervous and questioning of the safety of buying product here given that COVID-19 can be passed asymptomatically. What's up with these guys?
