I picked up a pizza from this location and was really happy with it. Ordered on the app with no issues. The pizza was made quickly and was one of the better pizzas I've had from Dominos. I'd go back for sure.
Customer service sucks here they called 4 time to say that there’s no apartment number the driver said the manager canceled the order so I look back on the app and there is an apartment number and I’d have to pay again gladly but now I’d have to wait another 20 to 30mins for cold pizza at this point I’ll still with
Totally unprofessional, I placed my order at 7:31 PM when they close at 8pm (Christmas Day) they decided to cancel my order because they were overwhelmed with orders per the Supervisor. The manager did not have decency to call me and let me know. 50 minutes passes by and no pizza delivered when I call in is when I'm notified. Call Center has to transfer me over to branch because they do not know why it was canceled. When I called, of course, I am upset and then Ben decides to hang up on me. Yes I might have thrown an F bomb because I was very upset that I have kids that are starving and whining. Where is the food? And he lied to me about the reason my order was canceled 1st reason I was given on Why they canceled order was because they close at 7:30? When I questioned that Online it says 7:59pm. Ben said that per supervisor all orders after 7:30 were canceled and Sally should have called me. The call center should not be taking orders after a certain time and risk customers to get the orders canceled.
