Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - El Reno

I helped open this location in 1989, and it was impeccably clean—you could eat off the floor! Fast forward 34 years, and while more than 55 employees are still working hard, some staff members seem to lack people skills. If you're going there, definitely try the ice cream; it's the highlight. However, I would advise against ordering a bag of burgers, as they often come with burnt meat and rock-hard buns.

Almost every time I visit and order a burger, they seem to mess it up. They do fine if you stick to a very basic order, but it seems that customizing a burger is quite challenging for them.

This Braum's location was disappointing. The ice cream toppings tasted spoiled, and the soda machine provided something that was more like carbonated water than actual soda. While the staff was very friendly, it couldn't compensate for the poor food experience.

Myca. Very rude. Ordered 2 bags of burgers and a grilled chicken salad. Drove home to eat, and there was no chicken on the salad. Called to ask what the solution should be, asked them if I needed to bring the salad, and they said no. Drive thru attendant (Myca, green apron) was very rude and obviously irritable that I didn't bring the salad back with me, even though on the phone they said not to.

For a great meal this is the ultimate place to go to shop dine. YUMMY
